Information you provide

If you submit a workflow evaluation, we receive the name, work email, organization, role, optional revenue range, objective, weekly volume, systems, workflow narrative, and requested engagement you provide. If you email us, we also receive the information you include and standard message details. We use this information to evaluate fit, respond, prepare consultations and deliverables, and manage any resulting business relationship.

Preliminary evaluation

The evaluation form applies a consistent rules-based score to the information you submit, including workflow frequency, systems touched, and the level of workflow detail. It is a triage aid, not a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. QuantOptx reviews the underlying information before making any service recommendation. You may ask us to explain or correct the information used in that review.

Website operation and measurement

Our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process technical request and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the site. We may also use privacy-focused, aggregate web analytics to understand visits, referral sources, and site performance. QuantOptx does not use advertising pixels or sell personal information.

How information is used

• To respond to questions and evaluate potential work.

• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for website hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms; QuantOptx stores transaction references and payment status but does not store full card numbers. Providers may handle information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.

Retention and your choices

We retain correspondence and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contract and recordkeeping needs, dispute prevention, or legal requirements. You may ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by emailing us. Some billing or contract records may need to be retained where law requires it.

Children and changes

This business website is not directed to children under 13. We may revise this notice as our services and measurement practices develop; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
