Clear boundaries from evaluation to delivery.
These terms govern the public QuantOptx website, workflow evaluations, and website-initiated payments. A written service scope may add or replace terms for a particular engagement.

Informational purpose
The site describes QuantOptx's approach and capabilities. Its content is general information, not legal, financial, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Decisions should be based on your circumstances and appropriate qualified guidance.
Evaluations and no automatic client relationship
Visiting the site or submitting an evaluation does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any preliminary fit score is based on self-reported information and is not an approval, guarantee, quote, or promise of results. Except for a clearly described website purchase, an engagement begins only when the scope and fee have been accepted by the relevant parties.
Published services and delivery
Align is a free fit conversation lasting 15 minutes or less. Refine is a $500 standalone consultation consisting of advance brief review, a focused 60-minute working session, and a written recap. Design is a $6,500 Opportunity Map for one operating area delivered on a ten-business-day schedule after scope confirmation, required access, and the opening payment. Implementation, software licenses, and third-party costs are separate unless a written scope expressly includes them.
Payments, invoices, and cancellations
Stripe processes website payments and hosted invoices. Refine is a standalone, non-refundable professional consulting service once paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The Opportunity Map is normally invoiced as a $3,250 opening payment and $3,250 on delivery; its accepted written scope controls cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms. A payment receipt or browser confirmation does not alter the agreed scope. If a duplicate or unauthorized charge is suspected, contact QuantOptx promptly at hello@quantoptx.com.
Client inputs and decision limits
Recommendations depend on timely, accurate information and reasonable access to the workflow being evaluated. QuantOptx may identify missing prerequisites, recommend no build, or decline work that lacks sufficient evidence, control, safety, or operating value. Estimates and pilot hypotheses are not guarantees of savings, revenue, adoption, or performance.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with QuantOptx.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site's original text, design, graphics, brand elements, and organization are owned by or licensed to QuantOptx. You may reference or link to the site, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial portions without permission.
Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but information may change and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, QuantOptx is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, this informational site. We may update the site or these terms; the effective date above will identify the current version.
