Trust / Operating standards
A real decision process, with visible boundaries.
QuantOptx is an independent AI strategy and implementation practice. This page explains what we sell, how decisions are made, how payments are handled, and what a buyer can verify before committing.

What QuantOptx is—and is not
QuantOptx evaluates operating workflows and designs practical AI systems inside existing businesses. It is not a trading platform, investment adviser, financial institution, or automated decision maker. Our work begins with a workflow and a business outcome, not a preferred software product.
Named services and published fees
- Align: a free fit conversation lasting 15 minutes or less.
- Refine: a $500 standalone working session with preparation and a written action recap.
- Design / Opportunity Map: a fixed $6,500, ten-business-day engagement for one operating area, normally invoiced $3,250 to open and $3,250 on delivery.
Implementation is not hidden inside the Opportunity Map fee. If a pilot or build is justified, it receives a separate written scope, price, measurement standard, and approval.
How an evaluation works
The website records the buyer's role, objective, workflow volume, systems, workflow narrative, and contact details. A rules-based score creates a consistent preliminary triage result from those self-reported facts. The score does not approve, reject, or guarantee an engagement. A human reviews the evidence before QuantOptx recommends Align, Refine, Design, prerequisites first, or no build.
What an Opportunity Map contains
The deliverable records the current workflow, the verified baseline, ranked opportunities, the recommendation and rationale, what QuantOptx declined to build, a measurable pilot hypothesis, success and stop metrics, and a 90-day action sequence. Unknowns remain labeled as unknowns; estimates are not presented as measured results.
Payment and invoice controls
Payments and hosted invoices are processed by Stripe. QuantOptx does not collect or store full card numbers on this website. Public checkout is available only for the published Refine service after a workflow evaluation. Opportunity Map invoices are issued from the private owner console after scope review. Payment status is confirmed by signed Stripe webhook events rather than by a browser redirect alone.
Evidence before claims
QuantOptx does not promise savings, revenue, or technical performance before a baseline exists. A client result is described as proof only when the before-and-after workflow, source of the baseline, resulting measure, decision, and relevant refusal are documented. An anonymized result will remain labeled as such.
Contact and records
Scope, invoices, and delivery decisions are tied to a QuantOptx reference number. Questions, verification requests, privacy requests, and billing questions can be sent to hello@quantoptx.com. Review the Privacy Notice and Terms before submitting an evaluation or paying an invoice.
